If it works as promised, the aptly named "Bunch O' Balloons" currently seeking $10,000 in backing on Kickstarter, could be the greatest thing to happen to water balloons since the slingshot. It works by connecting all of the balloon stems into a single giant stem that's designed to fit most garden hose nozzles. When you're done filling them, the stems are designed to crack off with a shake of the hose, leaving all the balloons perfectly tied. The device's creator, Josh Malone, claims in his pitch video to have tested several prototypes before reaching a model suitable or production. Sure, there are other solutions out there designed to make filling water balloons easier, but if you're going to cheat like that in the middle of a water war, you might as well cheat big.
